Feira Hostel & Suites is a project that follows the rules of the sustainable tourism, offering an alternative form of accommodation to the existing one in Santa Maria da Feira, making available to the tourist, who travels on business or for leisure, the ideal place for its stay at a fair price.
Each guest has at their disposal and for free a social place and fully equipped kitchen, where they can cook their own meals.
They can also enjoy the terrace, with a unique and gorgeous view over the city, the garden and the lounge.

The house reconstruction was developed with a strong environment consciousness, from the planning of its interior to the use of the outer space.
Factors such as efficiency, the use of renewable energies and the use of natural resources were constant concerns in the adaptation of the building.
Implementation of ecological measures:
- Air conditioning through heat pumps;
- The use of cork for thermal, acoustic and anti-vibration insulation, 100% natural product;
- Production of hot water with solar panels;
- Production of electric energy for self-consumption;
- Led light inside and outside;
- Efficient management of equipment and machines;
- Biological agriculture;
- Separation and routing of waste;
- Awareness and involvement of the guest himself;
- Water management;
- Routing and storage of well water and rainwater - self-sufficient irrigation system;
- Flow reducers;
- Sanitary discharge with saving valve.

Santa Maria da Feira, now named the city of events, is where Europarque is located, the largest congress centre in the country.
30km from Oporto and 40km from the international airport of Oporto, with excellent road access, the FH&S is located in the historic city centre, in the most iconic street of Santa Maria da Feira. It is at two steps from all the most important places to visit, such as the magnificent Castle, the Lóios Convent or the Misericórdia Church.
